Repairs Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Repairs Administrator to join our team at Workflow Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing repair orders, coordinating with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to all incoming inquiries and phone calls
  • Raise repair orders and track progress
  • Communicate with clients to resolve queries and issues
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the team
  • Coordinate repairs for tenants and property owners
Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in repairs and maintenance is preferred, but not required
  • Full training will be provided to ensure success in the role
