Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and career-oriented Senior Building Surveyor to enhance our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional project management and contract administration services across a range of prestigious fit-out, refurbishment, and new build projects, with values reaching up to £20 million.


Key Responsibilities

The Senior Building Surveyor will:

  • Oversee project management and contract administration for high-profile schemes.
  • Engage in business development and networking activities to foster growth.
  • Support team members, particularly those at the APC level, in their professional development.

Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be a motivated individual, eager to embrace a diverse range of responsibilities. Key qualifications include:

  • MRICS qualification (preferred).
  • Previous experience in consultancy.
  • Experience in project management and contract administration is advantageous.
