About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team at the Chesterfield Hotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the pastry section and contributing to the overall success of our dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and maintaining a high-quality pastry section
  • Assisting the senior chef in daily operations
  • Preparing desserts for afternoon tea and other special occasions
  • Training and mentoring junior members of staff
  • Maintaining high health and safety standards
  • General section organisation and ordering
