We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at a reputable care home in the Downpatrick area. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and ensuring their well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents, including administering medications and maintaining accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with a motivated team to provide a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote social inclusion and meaningful activities.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the care home, ensuring effective patient care and team collaboration.
- Valid NMC Pin and 6+ months of nursing experience.
- General Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, or Learning Disability Nurse qualification.
