We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Professional to join our team at Reactive Recruitment, a prestigious healthcare organisation located in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating applicants to determine their eligibility for various healthcare positions.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate applicants to ascertain their eligibility for healthcare positions.
- Develop comprehensive reports based on assessment findings, highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate.
- A well-balanced work-life equilibrium, free from evening, night, weekend, or holiday shifts.
- Competitive salary: £38,500 - £41,500 + 5% retention bonus + rising to 10% quality & retention bonus (varies for part-time)
- Participation in a company-matched pension scheme.
- Provisions for life assurance and various discounts.
- A minimum of 12 months' post-qualification experience in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Paramedic, or Occupational Therapy.
- Active registration with unrestricted practice privileges.
- Previous experience is not obligatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
