Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Quality: Conduct thorough quality control reviews of technical documents to guarantee accuracy and technical soundness.
  • Client Engagement: Provide expert on-site IT consultancy and management for key clients, offering guidance and support.
  • Service Auditing: Collaborate with technical consultants to conduct service audits, ensuring top-quality service delivery.
  • Technical Support: Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues, providing guidance to the regional team.
  • Client Solutions: Work closely with clients to identify tailored solutions and manage complex IT projects from start to finish.
Your Ideal Profile:
  • Proven experience managing teams, preferably in an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
  • Strong background in delivering IT consultancy services, particularly with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure platforms.
  • Proficiency in server hardware, operating systems, hypervisors, and networking equipment.
  • Commitment to self-development, ideally working towards Microsoft Expert-level certifications.
  • Approachable, supportive, and flexible when responding to team and client needs.
