About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to take on a lead role in one of our clinical areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload, supervising junior staff, and providing specialized resources to other healthcare professionals and patients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physiotherapy, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of patients and provide specialized physiotherapy services
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, including physiotherapy support workers and students
  • Provide specialized resources and support to other healthcare professionals and patients
  • Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services
Requirements
  • Registered Physiotherapist with valid HCPC registration
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong background in physiotherapy, with experience in a clinical setting
  • Postgraduate qualifications or experience in a relevant area of practice
