Thorn Baker Construction is currently seeking dedicated and dependable maintenance operatives to become part of our client's workforce.

This position offers immediate opportunities with the potential for a permanent role. This is an exciting new contract, and you will join a remarkable team within a company that values its employees and offers excellent training and career advancement.

Comprehensive training and continuous support will be provided, ensuring you thrive in your role at this well-regarded site.

Working Hours & Compensation

Shifts range from 2 to 5 days a week, including weekends. Available shifts are from 6am to 2pm or 2pm to 10pm.

Compensation is set at £12 per hour, with weekly payments.

A personal vehicle is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and disposing of waste materials
  • Cleaning various communal spaces (including shops and dining areas), restrooms, and surrounding areas
  • Operating floor cleaning machines to maintain cleanliness
  • Utilizing cleaning tools and equipment
  • Exhibiting attention to detail and commitment to quality

This role is available for immediate start, and we welcome applications from individuals with experience in cleaning, housekeeping, warehouse operations, janitorial services, or retail.
