Key Responsibilities- Provide initial support and guidance to survivors of sexual violence and abuse, ensuring they receive the necessary information and resources to navigate their journey towards healing.
- Work collaboratively with the CARA team, external agencies, and service users to coordinate personalized support and services.
- Engage with survivors to understand their needs and aspirations, and support them in making informed decisions about their wellbeing.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, agencies, and professional networks to ensure seamless referrals and support.
- Contribute to the development of promotional information and materials to raise awareness about CARA's services and referral procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality support and services.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a commitment to CARA's values and mission.
