About the Role

We're looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our Store Team as a Customer Assistant or Shift Manager. As a key part of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to queries and requests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Assist with stock management, including receiving and processing deliveries
  • Support the Shift Manager in leading the team and achieving sales targets
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive store culture

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including early mornings and late evenings
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
