Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Guidance: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the nursing home staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment that promotes excellent care and resident satisfaction.
- Staff Management and Development: Recruit, train, and manage nursing home staff, including nurses, caregivers, and support personnel, to ensure a high-performing team that delivers exceptional care.
- Financial Management: Effectively manage the nursing home's budget, including financial planning and resource allocation, to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
- Quality Improvement Initiatives: Implement and oversee quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care, satisfaction, and overall quality of life.
- Emergency Preparedness and Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans to ensure the safety and well-being of residents and staff in the event of an emergency.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or background in nursing home management.
- Experience: Proven experience in healthcare management, preferably in a nursing home, with a valid NMC PIN or background in nursing home management.
- Skills and Attributes: Compassion, dedication to providing quality care to the elderly, and excellent leadership and management skills.
