About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Nursing Home Manager to lead our dedicated team in providing exceptional care for our elderly residents. As a registered nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring the delivery of person-centred care that meets the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support a team of nurses, care staff, and administrative personnel to maintain a compassionate and efficient working environment.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to guarantee a safe and nurturing environment for our residents and staff.
* Develop and implement care plans, maintaining accurate records and regularly assessing the individual needs of our residents.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to provide holistic care and support for our residents.
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid nursing license.
* Proven experience in managing nursing homes for the elderly.
* Excellent leadership skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team while promoting a culture of inclusion and equality.
Benefits:
* Salary of £69,000 plus a performance bonus.
