Role Overview:
As a Capacity Planning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and enhancing our operational capabilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Capacity Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of current resource utilization and forecast future capacity needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to collect essential data and insights for effective capacity management.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators to ensure optimal capacity usage.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations regarding capacity planning to relevant stakeholders and leadership.
- Strategic Involvement: Engage in planning sessions to ensure alignment of capacity strategies with overall business objectives.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SAP ERP/MRP systems is preferred.
- Experience Required: Demonstrated expertise in planning, resource allocation, and scheduling.
