Repairs Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Repairs Surveyor to join our team at Graham Rose. As a Repairs Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in identifying and resolving domestic repair issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and preventing complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and plan repairs, producing estimates and work schedules, and consulting with experts as needed.
  • Support the swift resolution of customer queries and complaints, investigating on-site and finding solutions.
  • Inspect properties, solve problems, and create quotes, specifications, and plans for repair works.
  • Project manage complex projects, coordinating staff and contractors, and supervising on-site work.
  • Ensure effective solutions and maintain detailed records of customer contacts, surveys, and jobs.
Requirements:
  • Full driving license
  • Ability to diagnose repairs and instruct works
  • Good financial and commercial understanding
  • Project planning and management knowledge
  • Inquisitive approach, applying best practice from external sources
