Job Title: Head of Finance - Shared Service Centre

EG Group is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead our Shared Service Centre Finance Team. As a key member of our Group Finance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth and improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the SSC Finance Team in preparing monthly management accounts and commercial finance reports
  • Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
  • Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and improve financial performance
  • Manage and develop a team of finance professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making
Requirements:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with extensive experience in leadership and management
  • Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of financial regulations and internal controls
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience in process mapping and improvement, with a focus on driving business growth and improving financial performance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
