Nouvita Nursing Opportunity:

We are in search of committed Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) and Learning Disability Nurses (RNLD) to become integral members of our dedicated team at Baldock Manor, a specialized psychiatric facility located in north Hertfordshire.

In this position, you will be instrumental in delivering professional and compassionate care to individuals facing chronic mental and physical health challenges. You will collaborate with a supportive team in a dynamic and fulfilling environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating, executing, and assessing individualized patient care plans.
  • Working in partnership with the multidisciplinary team and external organizations.
  • Facilitating daily operations within the hospital.
  • Engaging effectively with service users, caregivers, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Applying the Mental Health Act as required.
  • Fostering a supportive learning atmosphere.
  • Contributing to the development and revision of policies.
