Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Data Science to lead our Data Science team in shaping the company's data strategy and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, machine learning, and healthcare, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to design and develop data-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science into business decision-making
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to drive business innovation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and external partners

Requirements:

  • Minimum of an MSc in a STEM subject, such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science
  • Proven experience in data science, machine learning, and healthcare, with a strong track record of delivering data-driven insights and solutions
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic vision, with a demonstrated ability to drive data-centric initiatives
  • Strong understanding of data-driven commercial approaches and ability to identify opportunities to maximize revenue
