We are currently on the lookout for a Food Service Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide food and beverage service to patrons
  • Assist with basic food preparation under the guidance of the Kitchen Manager
  • Handle transactions and maintain financial records as necessary
  • Support monthly inventory assessments
  • Restock supplies and ensure attractive presentation of products
  • Maintain cleanliness in back-of-house areas, dishware, and utensils using appropriate equipment
  • Keep service counters, light equipment, vending machines, and public areas tidy
  • Adhere to safety protocols in accordance with health and safety regulations, completing training as required
  • Serve at the food counter
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a similar capacity is advantageous
  • Experience in kitchen operations
  • A strong team player with a positive attitude
  • Flexibility regarding shift patterns
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently
