We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Prioritization Specialist to join our team at Virgin Media O2. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for prioritizing projects, programs, and rollouts across the CTO in line with our strategy, risk, compliance, and other key factors.
Key Responsibilities- Apply Lean Portfolio Management principles to govern performance reviews of priority projects and manage escalations.
- Develop and maintain a Universal Priority List to ensure alignment with our strategic objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Capital Finance on Capital Challenge discussions to ensure prioritization is integral to decision-making.
- Analyze specific benefits, weighting, and customer impact metrics to inform prioritization decisions.
- Work closely with diverse teams to ensure effective project management and delivery.
- Proven experience in project management, including understanding of key aspects of baselining and change management, risk and issue management, dependencies.
- Lean Portfolio Management experience and knowledge of relevant tools and techniques.
- Experience in the use of Clarity, Jira, and/or other project tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to gauge strategic priorities.
- Confident in using Microsoft PowerPoint and other data visualization tools.
- Good understanding of data and project recording tools.
