Job Title: Junior Merchandiser - High End Interiors
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Merchandiser to join our team in the high-end interiors division. As a Junior Merchandiser, you will play a key role in supporting the buying team in planning and executing stock intake and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage stock intake and ensure accurate and timely receipt of products.
- Monitor stock levels and report to relevant stakeholders to ensure optimal inventory management.
- Place orders and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and accurate product information.
- Ensure high availability rates and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Produce weekly reports highlighting potential missed sales orders, delays, and duplicates.
- Monitor critical path to ensure all intake dates are met.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as required by the management team.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent negotiation skills, the ability to ensure departmental policies are followed, and a strong work ethic. You will be a self-starter with a can-do attitude who is able to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external customers.
