Incident Response Manager

We are seeking an experienced Incident Response Manager to join our team at Fruition IT. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our critical systems during high-pressure project rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve incidents as they arise, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize disruption to business operations.
  • Lead the response efforts and coordinate cross-functional teams to quickly restore service.
  • Play a key part in stabilizing systems, transitioning them from the hypercare phase into business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams during incidents, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with incident management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is highly desirable.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in incident management, preferably in high-pressure or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.

This role will require the successful candidate to work on-site 2 days per week in Leeds, and may require some out-of-hours work. The client is looking for candidates who are available to start ASAP.
