Job Title: French Speaking Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent French speaker to join our team in a hybrid role, combining office and remote working. As a key player in our customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination of customer orders across various sectors, contributing to our reputation for outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately, ensuring timely system entry and on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet delivery and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Resolve customer queries and manage tasks through Service Cloud Case, maintaining efficient processes.
  • Ensure orders meet customer purchase order requirements and agreed delivery dates.
  • Run end-of-day reports to maintain up-to-date system information.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external contacts via various communication channels.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French, with experience in customer service or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Contribute to delivering world-class service in a dynamic and rewarding role.
