The Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Deputy Manager at our vibrant Slug & Lettuce location in Worthing. As a key member of the management team, you will play a vital role in driving operational excellence and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to your team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies that align with our brand vision and business objectives.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to operational standards and compliance procedures in the absence of the General Manager.
