The Role: Studio Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Studio Administrator to join our dynamic team in the heart of London's vibrant design district. As the welcoming face of our studio, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inspiring workspace.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional front-of-house support, including greeting visitors, managing telephone calls, and offering refreshments.
- Liaise confidently with clients at all levels, handling inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Manage administrative tasks such as distributing messages, arranging post and courier services, and booking meeting rooms.
- Assist with the preparation of PQQ and tender documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide support to the Office Manager with various administrative duties, including organizing travel arrangements, office trips, and events.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
