Role Responsibilities:
This position is a Fixed Term Contract where you will collaborate with the HR Systems Team. Reporting to the HR Systems Consultant, your main duties will include:
- Managing system requests and ensuring efficient operations.
- Assisting in various projects related to HR systems.
- Generating detailed reports to support decision-making.
- Coordinating with external vendors to enhance system functionalities.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have a background in HR or operational systems, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a high level of proficiency in Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables. A meticulous approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are crucial for success in this role.
