**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Team Leader to join our operations team at DP World. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a background in logistics, manufacturing, or automotive industries to take on a leadership role and drive excellence in our warehouse operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain staff training and upskilling documentation, ensuring accurate records of training completed and training to be conducted.
- Maintain Standard Work and Quality processes to ensure a "Right First Time" product to our customers.
- Drive a zero-tolerance mindset for deviation from quality processes to exceed customer expectations.
- Provide comprehensive reporting of all KPIs and SLAs performance visually and verbally.
- Evidence of leading a team or supervising staff on shifts.
- Strong IT knowledge, including Excel, WMS, and SAP.
- Experience in a Tier 1 operation is beneficial, with knowledge of JIT, Sequencing, Packing, and Delivery.
