About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit and Accounts Senior to join our growing Audit and Corporate team at Kreston Reeves. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading audits from planning to completion, managing a team of auditors, and ensuring that all files are technically compliant.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statutory audit, with experience in compiling accounts and corporate tax returns. You will also have excellent client service skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead audits from planning to completion, ensuring that all files are technically compliant
  • Manage a team of auditors, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Compile accounts and corporate tax returns, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring that our team is equipped to provide the highest level of service

Requirements
  • ACA / ACCA qualified (or part qualified with a minimum of 2 years prior audit experience)
  • Statutory audit experience gained in public practice
  • Knowledge of ISA and UK GAAP essential
  • Accounts compilation skills
  • Experience in drafting corporation tax computations
  • Excellent client service skills
