CY Partners is seeking a highly skilled Analytical Chemist to join our team in a specialist In-organics laboratory. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for managing the analysis of in-organic samples to ensure they meet strict quality and purity requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sample Analysis: Conduct analysis of in-organics samples using ICP-OES and Ion Chromatography techniques.
- Laboratory Management: Manage the laboratory to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of results.
- Method Validation: Validate new methods to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with clients and international colleagues to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and provide solutions.
- Health, Safety, and Environmental: Ensure strict Health, Safety, and Environmental standards are maintained.
Requirements:
- Education: A degree or similar qualification in Chemistry or a relevant field.
- Experience: Proven laboratory experience, ideally in an in-organics laboratory.
- Technical Skills: Experienced with ICP/IC analysis and knowledge of trace metals analysis.
- Communication Skills: Confident communicator with the ability to manage and influence internal stakeholders.
