Position Overview:
Anderson Knight Technical Division is excited to present a new opportunity for a Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Quality and Compliance Manager within the Civils and Utility sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the management system (Qpulse) is upheld in alignment with established standards.
  • Provide reports to senior leadership regarding the effectiveness of the management system, along with actionable recommendations for continuous enhancement, including root cause analysis and corrective measures.
  • Collaborate with various business units to develop appropriate policies and procedures.
  • Advocate for the principles of the management system throughout the organization.
  • Initiate and take charge of projects aimed at business improvement.
  • Oversee and maintain the company Risk Register, proposing practical solutions to identified risks.
  • Assist in the identification and management of key performance indicators across the organization.
  • Plan and execute audits for all business processes, with a particular focus on Internal Quality Audits (IQA) related to Quality and Health & Safety.
  • Identify personal training requirements for professional development.

Qualifications and Training:
  • A minimum of two years of experience in Quality Assurance auditing.
  • Possession of a recognized QA Auditing qualification.
