Key Responsibilities:

  1. Represent the company in a professional and competent manner.
  2. Provide administrative support for health and safety policies, procedures, and reports.
  3. Monitor and record accidents and incidents, and produce reports to the Health and Safety Executive.
  4. Develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
  5. Ensure effective communication and timely delivery of monthly HSE reports.
  6. Deal with health, safety, and environmental-related issues and queries.
  7. Provide administrative support for internal health and safety training and development courses.
  8. Maintain accurate health and safety records.
  9. Manage compliance with the Data Protection Act.

Requirements:

  1. Ability to administrate health and safety policies.
  2. Ability to update health and safety reports.
  3. Great organizational skills.
  4. Manage tasks in a timely manner.
  5. IT literate.
  6. Flexible approach.
  7. Self-motivated.
  8. 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
