About the Role
We are seeking a people-centric and results-driven UK Managing Director to lead our client's operations across two key divisions. As a global leader in the industry, our client has established a strong reputation for innovation, flexibility, and consistent growth.
Division 1: Manufacturing and Distribution
The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of experience in senior management, with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability within a manufacturing and distribution environment. Key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting a thorough review of business operations to identify areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Working closely with the Group Managing Director and Financial Director to set and deliver on sales and expense budgets.
- Acting as the primary representative for the division, building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Motivating and managing senior management teams to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Upholding the highest standards of quality across all operations, ensuring the company's reputation for excellence is maintained.
- Ensuring all operations meet relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Division 2: Assembly and Distribution of Technologically Advanced Pest Control Equipment
The ideal candidate will also be responsible for nurturing and engaging with key management to ensure continued commercial success. Key responsibilities will include:

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 10+ years of experience in senior management, with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability within a manufacturing and distribution environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire senior management teams.
- A hands-on approach that ensures both strategic goals and operational efficiencies are achieved.
- Strong commercial acumen, capable of making sound decisions that balance immediate operational needs with long-term growth objectives.
- A people-centric leadership style, fostering a positive and productive work culture that drives team engagement and performance.
