About the Role:

We are seeking a people-centric and visionary leader to oversee the operations of two key divisions. The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of experience in senior management, with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability within a manufacturing and distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a thorough review of the first division's business operations to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Work closely with the Group Managing Director and Financial Director to set and deliver on sales and expense budgets.
  • Act as the primary representative for both divisions, building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Motivate and manage senior management teams, ensuring that both divisions are aligned with the company's strategic goals.
  • Uphold the highest standards of quality across all operations, ensuring the company's reputation for excellence is maintained.
  • Ensure that all operations meet relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in senior management, with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability within a manufacturing and distribution environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire senior management teams.
  • A hands-on approach that ensures both strategic goals and operational efficiencies are achieved.
  • A strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, capable of making sound decisions that balance immediate operational needs with long-term growth objectives.
  • A people-centric leadership style, fostering a positive and productive work culture that drives team engagement and performance.
