Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of communal areas, offices, and the kitchen
  • Ensure all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard
  • Identify and report potential faults and hazards on site to maintain a safe environment
  • Maintain stock levels, restock as required, and ensure equipment is used in line with guidance notes
  • Assist with meal preparation and drinks, following food hygiene standards and ensuring the needs of our customers are met
  • Maintain customers' privacy and dignity, and respect their individual needs
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge and experience of undertaking general cleaning duties is desirable
  • Some experience of working in a domestic/catering environment
  • Level 2 diploma in housekeeping/catering, or willingness to work towards
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • A general understanding of health and safety in the workplace
