Class 1 Container Driver Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class 1 Container Driver to join our dynamic team at Specialist Recruitment Solutions Limited.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate Class 1 vehicles for transportation of containers
  • Ensure timely and safe delivery of containers
  • Meet company standards for vehicle maintenance and safety
Requirements:
  • At least 12 months of experience as a Class 1 Driver
  • Valid Class 1 license with up to 6 points maximum
  • Successful completion of a driving assessment required
Benefits:
  • Competitive pay: £17 LTD / £13 PAYE (breaks are paid)
  • Night out allowance: £25
  • Regular hours: 50-60 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday: Consistent work, with start times between 05:00 - 06:00
