Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Proactive Application Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing commercial, technical, and administrative support for our exciting projects and high-quality properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of property cycle strategies
  • Provide technical and commercial support for asset management and development projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform investment decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and vendors
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a technical or business degree, such as economics, property management, real estate, civil engineering, industrial engineering, supply engineering, facility management, etc. You should also have professional experience in the real estate or construction industry or an interest in the hotel and real estate business.
