As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks across Wiltshire and the Southwest, including carpentry, painting, gutter/fascia renewal, and small groundworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete scheduled jobs, traveling to sites as needed
  • Perform high-quality repairs, maintenance, and small projects
  • Ensure health and safety compliance
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Report job progress in real-time

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds, or equivalent experience
  • Friendly, professional, good communicator, team player
  • Able to work independently and efficiently, adaptable to change

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (up to £40,000 OTE)
  • Paid travel time
  • Progression
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
