Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Agronomist Specialist to join our team. As an Agronomist Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality agronomy services to our clients, including expert advice on crop management, soil health, and pest control.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert agronomy advice to clients, including crop selection, soil testing, and fertilizer application.
• Conduct on-farm trials and demonstrations to test new technologies and practices.
• Develop and implement sustainable crop management plans to improve yields and reduce environmental impact.
• Collaborate with our team of experts to develop and deliver training programs for farmers and growers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in agronomy and crop science.

Requirements:

• BASIS and FACTS qualifications or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as an Agronomist or in a related field.
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally for on-farm visits and meetings.
