Requirements:

• BASIS and FACTS qualified or equivalent experience in agronomy and farm business management.
• Proven experience as an Agronomist or in a related field, with a strong track record of delivering results.
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
