Join Our Team as a Childcare & Nursery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Childcare & Nursery Manager to lead our Blackpool-based nursery, Little Angels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are met, while promoting a positive and inclusive environment for our children and staff.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with Ofsted statutory requirements and safeguarding and welfare regulations.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of dedicated childcare professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the nursery and increase occupancy.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and development.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in nursery management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with parents, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
