About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Resilience and Safety Administrator to join our team at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of the Resilience and Safety Team, you will provide administrative support to the Head of Corporate Resilience and Safety and other team members.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide a comprehensive administration service to the Corporate Resilience and Safety Team, meeting deadlines and ensuring that work is to the highest standard.
  • Organize and service Departmental and Trust meetings, including video conferencing and telephone conference calls.
  • Respond to telephone calls, prioritizing messages and ensuring they are dealt with effectively, courteously, and with discretion.
  • Prioritize and action daily post for the Head of Corporate Resilience and Safety and other members of the team, as appropriate.
  • Coordinate and maintain electronic diaries for the Head of Corporate Resilience and Safety; arrange meetings and appointments, ensuring that commitments and competing demands are efficiently managed.
  • Receive complex and sensitive information in relation to incidents at work, which require reporting to HSE.
