The successful applicant should possess qualifications as a Building Regulations Consultant with a background in both residential and commercial developments.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments of structures for safety and provide informed recommendations
  • Draft inspection documentation and issue compliance certificates
  • Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in residential and commercial Building Regulations
  • Registered or in the process of registration (Level 2F or 3G)
  • Degree in a relevant discipline
  • RICS or CABE qualification (either fully or partially qualified)

Compensation and Benefits:
