We are a leading provider of building control services, committed to delivering high-quality, customer-focused solutions. Our team is passionate about ensuring the technical integrity of our services, and we are seeking a skilled Technical Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the technical aspects of our building control services, developing strong relationships with policy makers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure the technical resilience of our services, expanding our partnerships with local authorities and other organizations.
  • Advise on the administration and enforcement of building regulations and associated legislation, staying up-to-date with changes and developments.
  • Work closely with our Service Manager to provide leadership and drive cultural change, enabling our service to become more commercial and customer-centric.

Requirements

  • Hold a relevant professional qualification, such as RICS or CABE, and have a full UK driving license.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of regulation and legislation changes, commercial awareness, and financial competency to manage budgets.
  • Exhibit excellent customer care skills, ability to motivate staff, and a passion for delivering high-quality services.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £40-50k, plus employer pension contributions of 15% and performance-related pay up to 5%.
