Job Title: Children\u0027s Residential Registered Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Children\u0027s Residential Registered Manager to lead our team in Matlock. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to our young people.
  2. Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our young people.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in social care or a related field.
  • Experience of working in a children\u0027s residential setting.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
