Family Assessment Deputy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Deputy Manager to join our team at our Family Assessment Centre in Matlock.

As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the management of our centre and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Centre Manager in the day-to-day management of the centre
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans for children and their families
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure the delivery of excellent care and support
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Experience in a residential care setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
