About the Role

At Foxtons, our Property Management division is dedicated to delivering expert advice and support to a wide array of tenants and property owners who seek our premium offerings, ensuring a smooth rental experience from start to finish. Our committed Property Managers serve as the primary liaison for both landlords and tenants, providing guidance on financial, leasing, and legal issues, while also overseeing any necessary maintenance tasks.

The team's specialized expertise and professional approach instill confidence in our landlords and tenants throughout the rental process. Successful candidates will have the chance to interact with a diverse range of individuals through multiple communication channels. Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail are essential due to the administrative responsibilities associated with the position.

Comprehensive training will be provided on all aspects of the property sector; therefore, prior experience in property management is not a prerequisite. While experience in a professional customer service setting is advantageous, it is not essential.

Location

This role is based in our Worcester office, conveniently located with excellent transport links. Complimentary onsite parking is available. Additionally, this position allows for one day of remote work each week after the initial training period.
