The Train Manager will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our trains, ensuring a world-class customer experience for all passengers. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, safety, and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver a world-class customer experience, ensuring the safety and well-being of all passengers.
  • Manage the safety and operational activities of the train, including checking and selling tickets, providing information and assistance as required.
  • Be an ambassador for Great Western Railway, promoting our values and standards at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe, clean, and pleasant environment is maintained.
  • Manage challenging situations and provide a professional image at all times.

Requirements
