Main Responsibilities
- Deliver a world-class customer experience, ensuring the safety and well-being of all passengers.
- Manage the safety and operational activities of the train, including checking and selling tickets, providing information and assistance as required.
- Be an ambassador for Great Western Railway, promoting our values and standards at all times.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe, clean, and pleasant environment is maintained.
- Manage challenging situations and provide a professional image at all times.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team.
- Experience of front-line customer service and supervisory experience.

- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
