About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Lounge Exeter. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering high-quality dishes, ensuring impeccable presentation and taste.
  • Assist with food preparation, including chopping, cooking, and plating.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service, responding to customer requests and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Participate in menu planning, suggesting new dishes and ideas to enhance our offerings.
