About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Colleague at our Stroud Superstore. As a Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride
  • Build rapport with customers, ensuring they have a great shopping experience
  • Take the initiative to make decisions that are right for our customers
  • Work effectively within a team, communicating openly with colleagues
  • Build relationships with colleagues to create a positive team spirit
  • Be at work on time, well-presented, and ready to be a brand ambassador
