We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Tesco Colleague in a seasonal role. As a Colleague, you will play a vital part in serving our customers and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities
Serve customers with passion and pride, providing a great natural service.
Be knowledgeable about the products and services within the store, offering expert advice to customers.
Work across the store in our service, picking and replenishment areas, where required.
Put into practice the training received, ensuring a safe and effective working environment.
Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines in store that meet their needs.
Take part in seasonal, community, and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere.
Be knowledgeable about store performance, understanding the part you play and what is needed to drive service and sales.
Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
What We Offer
A competitive rate of pay, starting from £12.02 an hour, with increases to £13.15 for stores within the M25.
Additional payments may apply depending on location and skills.
A minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with opportunities to work fewer hours (minimum 12) if desired.
3 weeks' notice of scheduled shifts, allowing for flexibility and planning.
