Job Summary:

Anson McCade is seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Engineer - Hybrid Working to join our team. As a key member of our aviation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of our aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and produce Flight Certification (Military Permit to Fly) for Development and Production Aircraft, as well as Flight Certification (Release to Service) for Export Customers.
  • Address emergent flight safety issues for Development aircraft by issuing Flight Safety Procedures (Additional Flight Limitations/Flight Safety Messages) to Eurofighter Partner Company operators in Italy, Spain, Germany, and the UK.
  • Represent Airworthiness at Typhoon project meetings and provide support to external customer meetings, ensuring alignment and understanding of airworthiness requirements.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the design and analysis of avionic and mechanical systems, with a strong understanding of aerodynamic principles.
  • Manage design configuration control processes throughout the lifecycle of the aircraft.
  • Ensure airworthiness by applying in-depth knowledge of standards and procedures involved in certifying aircraft design.
  • Familiarize yourself with operational aspects of aircraft, including flight operations and associated limitations and safety procedures.
